We guarantee at least 99.9% of the time customers’ SQL Reporting instance is available. SLA calculations are based on an average over a monthly billing cycle, with 5-minute time intervals. An interval is marked as unavailable if the customer’s initiated attempts to upload, execute or delete reports fail to ever complete due to circumstances within Microsoft’s control.
