Technical support for Windows Azure Cache Service, currently in preview, is available through community forums. Billing and subscription management support is provided at no cost.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): Shared Caching service, currently released to General Availability, offers a guarantee of 99.9% connectivity between the Caching endpoints and our Internet gateway.
