We guarantee that at least 99.9% of the time we will successfully process correctly formatted requests that we receive to add, update, read and delete data. During preview for Read-Access Geographically Redundant Storage service we provide the same SLA as the Geographically Redundant service. There is no SLA for the read-access capability during preview.
