Technical support for all Windows Azure services released to General Availability, including Windows Azure Web Sites Standard and SSL Connections is available through Windows Azure Support. Technical support for Web Sites Free and Shared (Preview) tiers, is only available through community forums. Billing and subscription management support is provided at no cost.
Service Level Agreement (SLA): For Web Sites Standard, we guarantee a 99.9% monthly availability. Free services, such as Web Sites Free tier, do not have a SLA. To learn more about our SLA, please visit the SLA page.
