Service Agreement & Terms

Your use of the Windows Azure service is governed by the terms and conditions of the agreement under which you purchase the services.

• For customers who purchase or renew a subscription online from Microsoft on or after January 9, 2013, this is the Windows Azure Agreement, which incorporates the Windows Azure Services Terms.
• For customers who purchased a subscription online from Microsoft before January 9, 2013 and have not since renewed, this is the Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement, which incorporates the Microsoft Online Services Use Rights.
• For customers who purchase through an Enterprise Agreement, you can obtain a copy of your agreement by contacting your Microsoft account representative or volume licensing.

Privacy Statement

The Windows Azure Privacy Statement describes the privacy policy and practices that govern your use of Windows Azure. This differs from the privacy policy generally applicable to use of Microsoft web sites or consumer services.
